BEST Solutions was established in January 1999 by Jim Berger d.b.a. BEST Solutions.

The company’s primary purpose is to provide the following engineering services:

  • direct involvement and/or support in research & development, manufacturing, test & measurement of medical and laboratory instrumentation
  • design, develop, and manufacture limited quantities of medical diagnostic, therapeutic, wellness assessment, and biofeedback instrumentation and equipment
  • provide full service support: protocols, procedures, and equipment servicing
  • provide an information source for energy medicine, energy healing modalities, and energy healing devices: website, information exchange, and much more
  • open information sharing with scientists, engineers, medical, healing and wellness professionals, as well as, the equipment end user

It is within the company mission to focus activities in the following areas:

  • make this equipment affordable and available to all
  • use existing technologies to keep costs down
  • make the equipment modular
  • use as many high quality off-the-self components as possible, to minimize fabrication
  • leverage off the Personal Computer (PC) technological revolution (increasing capabilities with lower and lower costs)
  • use Windows Operating Systems
  • move to embedded technology as design matures
  • use state of the art measurement, control and automation technology: National Instruments – LabVIEW Virtual Instrument based applications
  • provide incremental software and hardware update service to allow current users access to the latest advances in the energy diagnostic, assessment and biofeedback fields at minimal cost
  • promote the belief that we are each responsible for our own health
  • provide the instrumentation, knowledge and resources to empower people to live their lives to their fullest in wellness
  • develop instrumentation that can identify the electromagnetic, particle/field and/or scalar energy signature of any disease, and then be able to monitor a return to wellness
  • support other inventors and healers in verifying and validating their equipment and techniques
