AZ-58 SSS rf oscillator.pdf - This is a semi-solid state version of the 1958 Allied Industries machine. The mercury vapor rectifier tube circuit was replaced with solid state diodes in a full wave rectifier circuit. The rf oscillator/transmitting tube portion of the circuit is identical to that in the original machine. (The schematic was updated 3/25/04 - a ground wire was removed from V1, pin 4.)
